Anime has gotten too popular for its own good.

It was good and all but I am really tired of seeing stereotypically japanese animations (sorry if you are japanese). It didn't affect your score anywhere but style for that. Otherwise it's good.

Congradulations. It's a playable game but it's still pretty fucked. Don't know what is up with the arms coming out from all four directions. I'd kind of understand if it was "Battle of the Hindu Gods" or something but that wouldn't make any sense. Eitherway you get an extra point because of the World War II reference.

Constuctive Criticism

Sprite animation is great and all because you can just simply avoid drawing and if you're like me and draw like shit then yeah it's a big help. Problem is that sprite animation only works well if the concept is funny or in general, good. Sadly your original concept is lacking. Your flash was like watching someone play a bad version of Worms Armageddon. So I'm not saying you're bad, I'm just saying there's a lot more you can do then just having a bunch of worms randomly fight each other cause it's "Cool"

You sir are an inspiration. It was so different, so insanely creepy with a simple premise. It didn't have violence, it didn't have gore, but my god did it ever freak me the hell out.

What crazy ass office does this guy work at?

There is a command for stop frames. I can't remember the exact process at the moment and I'm not sure what version of flash you're using (I could probably easily check) but it's something you should check out in the flash forum.
